Carriage Charges

You are welcome to pop in and collect your order from our premises...and have free cup of coffee on us (fair trade of course!). Please see ‘Contact us’ section for full address details. Also, please remember to select ‘pick up’ option when confirming your order to avoid the system adding the carriage charges to your order. We’ll then drop you a note when your order has been picked and ready for collection

Our delivery charges are as follows;

Mainland

We offer free delivery on orders over £50.00. Orders below that incure a standard £3.95 carriage charge

Nothern Ireland

£9.95 fixed carriage cost whatever the size of the order

Highlands & Islands

£9.95 for orders below £150.00 ex Vat. Fixed £4.95 for orders above £150.00 ex VAT

Europe

We believe we have been able to negotiate very competitive carriage rates for Europe. These rates vary by country and order size and will automatically be calculated and shown at the order confirmation stage when you will have the option to proceed with the order

Worldwide

We deliver around the world. If you are ordering from overseas, when you get to the checkout stage, our website will automatically guide you towards the appropriate checkout area where you will be able to confirm your order but not required to make payment. A member of our Customer Services team will be in touch in due course to confirm the carriage charge for your country and offer to process your order further if you wish

Order processing

Our normal order turn around is between 3 to 5 working days. If you need your goods urgently, please mention this with the preferred day/date (in the comments section of the checkout process).We will be in touch immediately if it looks unlikely that we will be able to make your timescales and naturally reimbursed monies back to your card
